This section is intended for family physicians, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals who are interested in becoming involved in Shared Mental Health Care in Southern Alberta.  If you qualify and are interested in finding out how to become involved, please follow the "Program Sign-Up" link to the left of this text box. 

The "Members" area is reserved for medical and mental health professionals who are already affiliated with the Southern Alberta Shared Mental Health Care program.  Information in the Members area includes clinical tools, program forms and contracts, team newsletters, and a forum for posting questions and answers about both clinical and administrative issues.
